So , actually , Kelantan Malay dialect is similar to Pattani Malay, had been spoken in the southern part of Thailand, but were separated by social and political situation into 2 countries.This dialect has significant difference compared to most Malay dialect , spoken in Peninsular Malaya (especially Bahasa Melayu Johor) 

This is some example of kelantan dialect (the pronouciation for colour)

1.) The word 'a' at the end of the Malay standard language is pronounced by  ô (open your mouth widely) 

for example :

mana -> manoo

kenapa -> bakpoo

bila -> biloo

2.) commonly, the word 'a' is pronounced by  ô in Kelantan dialect , such are :

susah -> susoh

galak -> galok

baca -> baco

3.) the word 't' and 'p' will change into 'k' .

cepat -> cepak

hisap -> isak

gelap -> gelakk

4.) the word 'n' at the end of the word will be silent and pronounce by ê 

makan -> make

jalan -> jale

5.)kelantan also have a 'extreme' word that described some situation , such as

panahh ceng ceng -> really hot

pahik lepaa -> verry bitter
sejukk senyeei -> really cool

tawaa hebbe -> tasteless
